A MIRACLE...
"I met Bastien at the Musicora 2003 show, and he immediately shared with me his desire to take a guitar-making course. I answered favourably in November of the same year.Faced with the energy of this impetuous youth, I had to define some rules and discipline his enthusiasm, since the result of the course depended on this.
I quickly noticed that Bastien was talented and that I was confronted with a rare element, which made me more demanding towards him.
The course lasted eight months and the result exceeded my expectations. During this time, I shared with him the conclusion of all my research, inventions, and innovations.
Bastien returned several times to perfect his technique, and it is during one of these visits that, together, we elaborated the side soundhole, which has turned out to be mind-blowing.
I gave him other paths to research, other innovations to imagine, the story is not over, life continues, he takes over for me. He starts where I stop, after 35 years in the business, and he will inherit my workshop when I build guitars for angels.
We are still in touch and he knows that he will receive the result of my future research and any advice that he could need. I am profoundly convinced that he is promised to a nice career.
